My toddler won't allow me to brush their teeth
My toddler won't allow me to brush their teeth?
The short answer is that your toddler can't always have their own way. It is for your toddler's own good that their teeth are brushed at least once a day, preferably twice a day, and always at the very least before bedtime. So unfortunately, tears or no tears, teeth need to brushed, and it isn't really negotiable. It isn't a long period of time that your child is a toddler, however the consequences of not brushing can be detrimental to your child's long term health. A build up of bacteria and/or food in your child's mouth is not healthy.
